“The service demonstrates our commitment to delivering quality and innovation - through assistive technology we can help the individual make the most of their potential, empowering people to be as self-sufficient as possible, in all aspects of their lives.”
The most important factor for Anna is to feel safe and secure in her home.
Anna tells us: "I feel safer living at Moorgate Mill, my parents don't worry now that I am in a safe environment."
Stephen Kenyon, team leader, explains: "Anna was apprehensive prior to moving into Moorgate Mill, she didn't want staff to be around her all the time and wanted to progress with her independence. Here we offer various levels of support and Anna only gets support when she needs it."
Anna shares what her new home means to her: "Living here for me means getting the most out of life, as soon as I moved in it felt like home."
